| What if I am not fully satisfied with your service? |

At On The Go Dry Cleaners, our number one priority is your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service received, please contact us immediately (within 48hours) and we will take the necessary steps to correct the situation. |

If you have a special request, we will do our best to fulfill it. You can either write a note and place it in your laundry bag or speak to our customer service representative. |

| What happens if I go on vacation or a holiday falls on my scheduled delivery day? |

If you go on vacation or you are unavailable for a pickup or delivery, we will deliver the next scheduled day. On holidays that we do not offer services, we will deliver on the next business day. We do accommodate clients with alternative schedules prior to holidays. |
